Georgia High School Volleyball - Hillgrove can't hold off Marietta

In Monday's league battle, the visiting Marietta Blue Devils volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Hillgrove Hawks.
The Blue Devils (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against McEachern (Powder Springs, GA). The Indians come into the battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, McEachern was edged by Sprayberry (Marietta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Hawks encounter the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets (Marietta, GA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, August 28. Hillgrove will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the battle with a 7-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over South Cobb (Austell, GA).
