Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines confront the Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Bayfield will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM).

The Bobcats now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Montezuma-Cortez for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29. Bloomfield will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Ridgway (Ridgway, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 0-0.
