The Piggott Mohawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Bald Knob Bulldogs to 0 in the Mohawks league victory on Monday.

The Mohawks now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisburg for a 3A Northeast game on Thursday, August 31. Piggott will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR). The Bobcats enter the 3A Northeast game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Walnut Ridge gained a win over Manila (Manila, AR), 3-2, in a league game.
