The Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Northern Freeze volleyball team (Newfolden, MN), was dropped 3-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lake of the Woods Bears (Baudette, MN)

The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fertile-Beltrami (Fertile, MN). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Northern Freeze meet the Warroad Warriors (Warroad, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
