Tennessee High School Volleyball - Northeast over Montgomery Central

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Northeast Eagles (Clarksville, TN) and the host Montgomery Central Indians (Cunningham, TN), saw Northeast's volleyball squad beat Montgomery Central by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Northeast upgrades its record to 6-9 on the year. The Eagles travel to Kirkwood (Clarksville, TN) to play the Cobras in a AAA District 13 bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Cobras go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Kirkwood lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Northwest (Clarksville, TN)

The Indians now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Sycamore for a AA District 12 bout on Tuesday, August 29. Montgomery Central will play a War Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Springfield (Springfield, TN). The War Eagles record now stands at 10-7.
