With the win, Russell County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Eufaula (Eufaula, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, August 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Eufaula won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Abbeville (Abbeville, AL)

The Rams now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Lanett for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Valley will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Calhoun (Letohatchee, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
