The Glenbard East Rams volleyball squad (Lombard, IL), was edged 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL)

With the win, Kaneland improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Ottawa (Ottawa, IL) to battle the Pirates in a Interstate Eight match on Tuesday, September 17. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 1-0.

The Rams (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Bison enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Buffalo Grove held off Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
