In Thursday's non-league match, the host Logan Memorial Education Campus Eagles flag football squad scored a close 18-12 triumph over the Sweetwater Red Devils.
The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Kearny (San Diego, CA). The Komets come into the City - Eastern match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Kearny was nudged by Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA), 43-12, in a non-league match.
