Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) fans went home happy Thursday as they saw their soccer squad hold off the visiting Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT). The Aviators enter the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Cedar Valley tipped Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Sentinels confront the Riverton Silverwolves (Riverton, UT) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 2. Mountain Ridge will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
