In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Lakeview Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Hubbard Eagles.
The Bulldogs (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Ursuline (Youngstown, OH). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Ursuline was edged by Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH), 5-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 30. Hubbard will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Streaks enter the outing with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 league loss to Perry (Massillon, OH).
