The Brookwood Broncos triumphed over the visiting Peachtree Ridge Lions softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Broncos play the Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Brookwood will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 16-4 non-league loss to Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA).
With the loss, Peachtree Ridge moves to 1-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Duluth (Duluth, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.
