With the win, Center Hill upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Mustangs host New Albany (New Albany, MS) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Chargers face the South Panola Tigers (Batesville, MS) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Grenada will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
