Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Crest advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Chargers host Forestview (Gastonia, NC) to face the Jaguars in a test on Tuesday, September 2. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 0-3.

The Rams now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Erwin for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3.
