The East Henderson Eagles volleyball squad (East Flat Rock, NC), was defeated 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC)

The Falcons (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pisgah (Canton, NC). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Pisgah was beaten by Franklin (Franklin, NC), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 2. East Henderson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC).
