South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Paulding improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Alexander (Douglasville, GA) to face the Cougars in a test on Tuesday, September 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 3-3. Alexander won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA)

The Patriots now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedartown for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Paulding County will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-8.
