Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Moon Area moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-1. Central Catholic won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Butler (Butler, PA)

The Bridgers now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. Ambridge will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
