The Vikings now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle Vernon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Mt. Pleasant will battle a Leopards squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA). The Leopards record now stands at 2-2.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Derry will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA).
