In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Vista PEAK Prep Bison soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Smoky Hill Buffaloes.
The Bison (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Forge Christian (Arvada, CO). The Fury come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
The Buffaloes now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rangeview for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. Smoky Hill will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Raiders record now stands at 2-0.
