Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), 9-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Wheatmore advances its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Stanly (New London, NC) to clash with the Comets in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Comets come into the test with a record of 2-2. North Stanly won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Anson (Wadesboro, NC)

The Wildcats now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host North Stanly for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 3.
