The Waukomis Chiefs triumphed over the visiting Arnett Wildcats softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Chiefs confront the Hydro-Eakly Bobcats (Hydro, OK) in a Class A battle, on Thursday, August 28. Waukomis will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record.
With the loss, Arnett moves to 6-9 on the season. The Wildcats host Leedey (Leedey, OK) to confront the Bison in a Class B battle on Friday, August 29. The Bison come into the battle with a record of 10-2.
