With the triumph, Camden County improves its record to 7-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Toombs County (Lyons, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Thursday, September 4. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 4-4.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Irwin County Indians (Ocilla, GA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. Valdosta will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 6-2 record after their 5-4 league win over Clinch County (Homerville, GA).
