The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA). The Wolverines come into the 2A Region 6 match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Miller Grove nipped Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA), 38-1, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Raiders play the South Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a 2A Region 6 game, on Thursday, September 4. Redan will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 3-0 record after their 18-3 league win over Salem (Conyers, GA).
