Georgia High School Softball - New Manchester bounces Lithia Springs

August 28, 2025: Douglasville, GA 30135

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the New Manchester Jaguar (Douglasville, GA) and the visiting Lithia Springs Lions (Lithia Springs, GA), saw New Manchester's softball squad topple Lithia Springs by a score of 16-3.

With the triumph, New Manchester improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Jaguar host South Cobb (Austell, GA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-7.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA) in a 5A Region 5 bout, on Thursday, September 4. Lithia Springs will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.
