The Oklahoma Union Cougars softball team (South Coffeyville, OK), was routed 14-0 in Thursday's league bout with the host Wyandotte Bears (Wyandotte, OK)

The Bears (13-3) will now prepare for their bout against Sequoyah (Claremore, OK). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Sequoyah topped Salina (Salina, OK), 6-3, in a non-league contest.

The Cougars now hold a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Pawhuska for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2. Oklahoma Union will face a Huskies squad coming off a 9-3 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, OK). The Huskies record now stands at 8-7.
