Ohio High School Volleyball - Cardinal over Grand Valley

The Cardinal Huskies (Middlefield, OH) volleyball knocked off the host Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Harding for a Northeastern bout on Tuesday, September 2. Cardinal will clash with a Skippers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH). The Skippers record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Grand Valley moves to 3-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to St. John (Ashtabula, OH) to encounter the Fighting Herald in a Northeastern battle on Tuesday, September 2. The Fighting Herald go into the battle with a record of 4-1. St. John won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH)
