The Castaic Coyotes topped the host Golden Valley Grizzlies volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Coyotes face the West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) in a Foothill outing, on Tuesday, September 2. Castaic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the outing with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Marymount (Los Angeles, CA).

With the loss, Golden Valley drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Saugus (Saugus, CA) to play the Centurions in a Foothill game on Tuesday, September 2. The Centurions go into the game with a record of 12-1. Saugus won 3-0 in their recent league game against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)
