Tennessee High School Volleyball - Columbia Central can't get by Coffee County Central

Coffee County Central Red Raiders (Manchester, TN) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Columbia Central Lions (Columbia, TN), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Red Raiders (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Rebels come into the AAA District 9 challenge with a 0-3 record.

Next, the Lions play the Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) in a AAA District 9 game, on Tuesday, September 2. Columbia Central will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 9-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Spring Hill (Columbia, TN).
