Nebraska High School Volleyball - Diller-Odell over Sterling

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) and the host Sterling Jets (Sterling, NE), observed Diller-Odell's volleyball team top Sterling by a count of 3-0.

The Griffin (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Southern (Wymore, NE). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Southern was knocked off by Johnson-Brock (Johnson, NE), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Jets meet the Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Sterling will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Fairbury (Fairbury, NE).
