Texas High School Volleyball - Friona over Estacado

In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Friona Chieftans volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Estacado Matadors.

With the win, Friona advances its record to 11-4 on the season. The Chieftans travel to Andrews (Andrews, TX) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 11-4. Andrews won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Denver City (Denver City, TX)

The Matadors now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tahoka for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Estacado will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-13.
