California High School Volleyball - Lancaster Baptist Faith Baptist

In Thursday's league match, the Faith Baptist Contenders (Canoga Park, CA) volleyball squad overcame the host Lancaster Baptist Eagles (Lancaster, CA), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Contenders battle the Viewpoint Patriots (Calabasas, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 29. Faith Baptist will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA).

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA). The Cardinals enter the Heritage bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Santa Clarita Christian defeated Palmdale Academy Charter School (Palmdale, CA), 3-0, in a league bout.
