The Knights (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC). The Golden Falcons enter the Big East 5A/6A contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, C.B. Aycock was knocked off by Southern Nash (Bailey, NC), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Golden Demons battle the Southern Nash Firebirds (Bailey, NC) in a Big East 5A/6A contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Fike will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Firebirds enter the contest with a 5-0 record after their 3-0 league win over C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC).
