Texas High School Volleyball - Flour Bluff can't hold off Lake Travis

In Thursday's non-league match, the Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Cavaliers battle the Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Lake Travis will attempt to improve on its 18-5 season record. The Timberwolves go into the battle with a 16-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Midway (Waco, TX).

The Hornets now own a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corpus Christi Moody for a 5A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, September 2. Flour Bluff will battle a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to SA Roosevelt (San Antonio, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 4-9.
