Kentucky High School Volleyball - Franklin County can't hold off Great Crossing

August 28, 2025: Georgetown, KY

In Thursday's league match, the Great Crossing Warhawks (Georgetown, KY) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY), by a margin of 3-2.

The Warhawks now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tates Creek for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4.

With the loss, Franklin County drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, August 29. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Montgomery County won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Bourbon County (Paris, KY)
