The Gibsonburg Golden Bears volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Northwood Rangers to 0 in the Golden Bears league triumph on Thursday.

The Golden Bears now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lakota for a Sandusky Bay - River game on Tuesday, September 2. Gibsonburg will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 2-2.

The Rangers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against New Riegel (New Riegel, OH). The Blue Jackets enter the Sandusky Bay - River game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, New Riegel was dropped by St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
