Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Osborne Cardinals (Marietta, GA) and the host KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors (Atlanta, GA), observed Osborne's volleyball team top KIPP Atlanta Collegiate by a count of 2-0.
The Cardinals (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against New Manchester (Douglasville, GA). The Jaguar enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, New Manchester was knocked off by East Paulding (Dallas, GA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coretta Scott King YWLA for a 2A Area 5 battle on Tuesday, September 9.
