Indiana High School Volleyball - Mt. Vernon over Pendleton Heights

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Mt. Vernon Marauders (Fortville, IN) and the visiting Pendleton Heights Arabians (Pendleton, IN), observed Mt. Vernon's volleyball team top Pendleton Heights by a tally of 3-0.

The Marauders (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southport (Indianapolis, IN). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Southport was defeated by Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN), 3-0, in a league test.

The Arabians now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lapel for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Pendleton Heights will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Taylor (Kokomo, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-3.
