The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) and the host Southern Wayne Saints (Dudley, NC), saw James Kenan's soccer squad beat Southern Wayne by a margin of 4-0.
The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Pender for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 31. James Kenan will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Lakewood (Roseboro, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Southern Wayne drops to 4-1 on the season. The Saints travel to Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC) to meet the Gators in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 7. The Gators come into the test with a record of 4-2. Spring Creek won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC)
