North Carolina High School Volleyball - Anson over Chesterfield

In Monday's non-league contest, the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Chesterfield Golden Rams (Chesterfield, SC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Bearcats battle the Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 31. Anson will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Stanly (Norwood, NC).

With the loss, Chesterfield moves to 1-2 on the year. The Golden rams travel to Buford (Lancaster, SC) to battle the Yellowjackets in a AA Region 5 contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Yellowjackets go into the contest with a record of 0-0.
