The Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders volleyball team (Spruce Pine, NC), was nudged 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Carolina Day Wildcats (Asheville, NC)

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Asheville Christian Academy (Swannanoa, NC). The Lions enter the NCISAA Carolina challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, Asheville Christian Academy nipped Brevard (Brevard, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Tri-Cities Christian Eagles (Blountville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Bethel Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lakeway Christian Academy (Morristown, TN).
