North Carolina High School Volleyball - Riverside-Martin over North Pitt

August 29, 2022: Bethel, NC 27812

The Riverside-Martin Knights (Williamston, NC) volleyball overcame the host North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Riverside-Martin upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Knights host Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 31. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a record of 4-2. Pamlico County won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Holmes (Edenton, NC)

The Panthers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Greene Central for a Eastern Plains 2A outing on Tuesday, August 30. North Pitt will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Beddingfield (Wilson, NC). The Rams record now stands at 5-1.
