The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against The Burlington School (Burlington, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, The Burlington School was edged by Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 30. Triangle Math & Science will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Phoenix come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC).
