The Midlothian Trojans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting L.C. Bird Skyhawks to 0 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clover Hill for a Dominion game on Thursday, August 31. Midlothian will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-2.
The Skyhawks (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Titans enter the Dominion game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Cosby gained a win over Freeman (Richmond, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
