The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) and the host Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC), saw Rockingham County's volleyball squad beat Southern Guilford by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Rockingham County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Cougars host Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-3.
The Storm now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31.
