The Greenwave now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Champaign Central for a non-league test on Friday, September 1. Mattoon will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Urbana University (Urbana, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Richland County drops to 2-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Altamont (Altamont, IL) to meet the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-1. Altamont won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Carlyle (Carlyle, IL)
