Georgia High School Softball - Lumpkin County bounces West Hall

The Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) softball routed the visiting West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA), 6-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Indians (5-7) will now prepare for their bout against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons go into the 3A Region 7 bout with a 7-6 record. In their last bout, Pickens was routed by Wesleyan (Norcross, GA), 4-3, in a league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Gilmer for a 3A Region 7 bout on Thursday, August 31. West Hall will confront a Bobcats squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-12.
