Coming up next, the Indians encounter the Purcell Dragons (Purcell, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 31. Plainview will attempt to improve on its 19-7 season record. The Dragons enter the test with a 15-4 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Madill (Madill, OK).

The Bulldogs (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Byng (Ada, OK). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Byng was routed by Ada (Ada, OK), 6-5, in a non-league test.
