The Tallmadge Blue Devils volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Barberton Magics to 0 in the Blue Devils league victory on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a Suburban-American game on Thursday, August 31. Tallmadge will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Copley (Copley, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.

The Magics (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Rough Riders enter the Suburban-American game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Roosevelt was dropped by Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 3-0, in a non-league game.
