Georgia High School Volleyball - Union County Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy

The Union County Panthers volleyball team (Blairsville, GA), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA)

The (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Commerce (Commerce, GA). The Tigers come into the 1A Area 8 challenge with a 5-15 record. In their last challenge, Commerce went down by Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Union County will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Highlands (Highlands, NC).
