The Grant County Braves topped the visiting Bracken County Polar Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Braves now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beechwood for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Grant County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.

The Polar Bears (5-9) will now prepare for their test against St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Saints enter the District 39 test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, St. Patrick was knocked off by Paris (Paris, KY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
