Nebraska High School Volleyball - Bridgeport tips Mitchell

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Gordon-Rushville Mustangs (Gordon, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 29. Bridgeport will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Chadron (Chadron, NE).

With the loss, Mitchell moves to 0-3 on the year. The Tigers host Hemingford (Hemingford, NE) to battle the Bobcats in a C2 District 12 contest on Thursday, August 31. The Bobcats go into the contest with a record of 4-1. Hemingford won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Hyannis (Hyannis, NE)
